This Privacy Policy explains how Hong Kong Nongso Trading Co., Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit www.nogso.top (the “Website”) or buy from us. We are responsible for your personal information as the data user under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and, where applicable, as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

- Order details: shipping and billing addresses, the products you buy, and order and payment status.

Payment information
Card and other payment details are entered on, and processed by, our third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full card number. We only receive limited information from them, such as the payment result and transaction reference.

7. How long we keep your information

- Order and transaction records: for 7 years, to meet Hong Kong tax and accounting requirements.
- Customer service records: for up to 3 years after the matter is resolved.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. How we protect your information
We use HTTPS encryption on the Website, store passwords in encrypted form and limit access to personal information to staff and service providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where required by law.

- Under Hong Kong law, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information.

You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, or to the data protection authority where you live.
10. Marketing emails
We only send newsletters and promotional emails if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by changing your newsletter setting in My Account. We will still send you service emails about your orders and account.
11. Children
The Website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
